Draining

Training 3x a week + Gym on Saturdays, 2 PE days per week.. We calculated today and the projected distance we would be running (If we complete 4 rounds per training) would be.. 10 km per week!!!!

That's just crazy for me who won't ever do 10km in months until Mr Tay came. Mr Tay + Mr Ng come back from reservice quick! Need some semblance of order and get out of 'lost sheep' mode (and buzz buzz HAHAHA). Trained under Marvin yesterday though. Super scary when he yells at the C Boys. But he's super nice to us! And his drills are effective.

Melissa had 3 classic moments that goes down her list of most embarrasing moments. She made Marvin laugh ok!!!!!!!!

Had to do spiking, receiving and blocking drills. Scratched off a bit of my flesh on the thumb when doing blocking. Didn't realize it was bleeding. Waisiang's setting is like whoah very good and has like, style. And the rest of the guys can spike/block well too. Productive training in the end although the sun was super super scorching!!! Almost went beserk doing the 1000 thing drill on the track with absolutely no shade. Merciless. Cramped in the calf halfway. Anyway, yay. Hahaha.

I have to finish Brave New World + Pride and Prejudice soon!! And get my health back in shape. There's almost absolutely no time to recuperate from each training sufficiently. Maybe only Thursday night and Sundays.
