I'm back :D

This week has been rather hectic and crazy, once again it zoomed by! Sleeping at an average of 1am hasn't been doing too good, I'm totally zoned out when I reach school. My eyes are so painfully tired): But things always improve after the lessons starts.. Somehow :D

House committee wise it's been really fun doing the preparation for it together! Hopefully it'll be a blast for all of us. Sometimes it gets really stressful but it's good knowing we've got each other's back. All the times (though late, tired and sticky) are really really fun! The busyness will probably intensify but only good can come out of that!

And I only have to say free periods are a saviour. The workload and the stuff are getting rather hard I have to have proper time management! At least I never fell asleep during any lesson/lecture this year. I think :S Hahahaha!

Volleyball..! We have come this far. Trained and gave in so much so much of our time and our passion and love. It's time :D For the rest read the other. Haha :D But I'd like to:

Thanks Mr Tay + Ng! For giving us more than 3 times a week, and now Thursday nights too (and sometimes Sunday) Having to juggle teacher workload, administrative, family, friends and us is tough, but both of you are always always there, for us. We draw strength from you, and your presence is a comfort. Thank you for being a friend, teacher and coach. And for believing in us firmly, right from the start.

Thank you Marvin, for coming down to school 6x a week for us all. And training us on Wednesdays, letting us use the court. For coming down tonight to watch and give guidance. For your constant teachings. At first I repelled your way of spiking because I couldn't adapt. But now I have and I've improved so much more. Thanks for your constant reminders!

Thank you other DHS teachers for so much encouragement and recognition. Mr Han and Mr Teo. And to the team we played against tonight, thank you so much for guiding us and giving us pointers! It is so encouraging to know old DHS players are cheering us on and we'll really, really do our best!

Go A team! This is the final lap: We'll keep pushing. (Ah I can dive for the ball properly now and repeatedly without injuring/hurting any part of me now!)

I felt my heart soar and leap like it haven't in ages. A resurgence in more hope, passion, belief and the strong strong desire to finally do ourselves (and DHS) proud because Mr Tay said at the end of debrief today:

"And the best thing is...."

"Zhi Xin is back!"
