Can you dig it?

Countdown: 6 days

It's going to be really hard on the team to juggle many tests and preparing mentally/physically for the game on Friday. But I'm sure we're going to grit it through all for the sake of it. It is afterall, really the final sprint before the finishing line.

The score was rather satisfactory after the friendly of 4-1 and the last set we lost we didn't lose by a large margin at all. I played my best in months, and scored possibly the most in my life but I know it's because they didn't play blocking and our setter's balls were good and consistent. But it is not my best yet.

I need to be completely focused and completely in the game on Friday from the first whistle. No mind-drifting, no intense thinking even. Because I found that actually affects my play a little. Just be relaxed yet concentrated, and jump jump jump.

Have to psyche myself up everyday before I sleep. All/Nothing! And got to recover from the friendly, really gave my all and now I'm aching. That's quite funny. Like some old ageing person overexerted, so much so that I couldn't get up for training today, was late!

Mr Tay bought us Vitamin C tablets to take per day to build up immunity and everyone's like on a crazy apple-eating rampage too bad my apple must be cut up cos I'm so afraid my teeth will move -_- Stay healthy everyone, stop doing stupid things like hitting my stomach (Read: Adelyn Pang, it's YOU) and being violent!
