Ache

Monday is a crazy day. Team went to Mount Faber to run, no scratch that we ran up Mount Faber. My pacer WT left for the highlands sob. But looking back it was really quite ok, the distance I meant. First part was running from SAFRA, alongside the roads, up this crazy flight of stairs that are very spread out. Starting already took so much effort!

Then we continued running and now I regret slowing down to make my breathing regular because the distance was rather short. But yea prevent any accidents (haha) Then up 64 steps to this kiosk, did abdomen + tricep + back stuff.

Then sprinted 64 x 5 = 320 steps and walked down another 320 steps. Then walked back, had Ya Kun for breakfast/lunch and went back to school to train.

Think 2 weeks of slug mode really did me harm.

But! I think 2 weeks of away-from-volleyball helped me play better! More fresh, and my awareness heightened. I can now predict where the other side is serving! And miraculously I could aim where to serve. But I hope it doesn't disappear soon. Exerted and used my sleeping muscles during spiking / matchplay. Woohooo we won Mel! Good communication. Dove alot, floor marks on the side of my elbow.

Today I suffered though, neck back stomach thighs calves soles forearm palms are all aching like crazy. Played less well compared to yesterday.

Have not uploaded Sentosa pictures + blogged about AMP! Gah.

My house tomorrow. Can't wait!
